Do you inspect products before shipping?
  • Our each and every product is quality checked before packing, to ensure we consistently deliver excellent products to our beloved customers.

  • We accept a wide range of payment methods, including UPI, Credit & Debit cards, Net banking and hassle free dynamic QR Code payments. Our bank details are securely handled by our payment gateway, which encrypts all your sensitive information, ensuring 100% secure transactions.

  • How long does it takes you to process our orders?
  • After your payment is verified and order is confirmed we try to dispatch your orders as earlier as possible. Usually we will be dispatching your orders in 2-3 working days and delivery takes up to 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch. (This does not include weekends or other holidays.)
  • Which courier service do you use for sending our parcels?
  • Shipping will be done via India Post Parcel Service for pan India delivery and ST Courier service for shipping within Tamilnadu as default.
  • We also have partnership with Amazon delivery services, Delhivery, Xpressbee, DTDC and much more. Incase, if you need to ship your orders via any of these private courier, Kindly contact us via whatsapp. (Additional shipping cost will be charged for private couriers.)
  • What is the estimated delivery time? When will I get my products delivered?
  • We try our best to dispatch your orders within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) through India post registered parcel (for all India shipping) or ST couriers (for regional shipping). Once order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via E-mail, WhatsApp or Instagram Direct message.
  • Once dispatched the parcel gets delivered to your location within 2-10 business days. (Kindly note: Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner, it does not includes Sundays and other public holidays)
  • If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.

  • How will I know the status of my Parcel / Package?
  • After shipment , you will get a mail with Tracking id Or under the Tab ” My Orders’, you can find your orders tracking id details updated. You can use the Tracking id, to track and know the status of your package.
  • What does “In-transit” mean for Post tracking?
  • “In-transit” means that, we have dispatched the parcels already and the parcels are travelling on the way to the destination address. Kindly wait with patience, your parcel will be delivered soon to you.
  • What if I am not available at my place to receive my parcel?
  • If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will make multiple attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.
  • After multiple attempt, parcels will hold on to the courier office for few days, awaiting further instructions from you, before the parcel returned to us.
  • Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be adjusted and refunded. However, a convenience charges for too and fro shipping cost, packing and other transactional charges for payment gateway will be deducted from the cancelled order payment.
  • What if incase I received a damaged product?
  • At our store, we've got you covered with our customer-friendly Return and Refund Policy. We take extra care while packing your orders to keep them safe during shipping.

  • What should I do if I don’t like (or) not satisfied with the product that I received?

  • Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been processed or done with the packaging.
  • Cancellation/ refund is not applicable in corporate/ bulk order.

  • Can I cancel my order once the product has been shipped?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
  • Once the parcel is shipped and leaves our warehouse, we will not consider cancellation requests.
  • My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
  • Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. It means that different items of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

  • We charge RS.79/- per 1 kg parcel for orders below Rs.500/- for sending via India post registered parcel or ST couriers.
  • For all orders above Rs.500/- can get free shipping PAN India. (Note: For bulk orders and international shipping additional shipping cost may apply)
  • Shipping charges are subjected to vary based on the parcel weight and courier partners.
  • Urgent delivery (or) Courier partner on customers choice can also be provided at extra cost.
  • My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
