At Witty Pops, we are committed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. Our shipments undergo complete quality check process before they leave our warehouse. However, we understand that, in very rare cases, if your product is received in defective or damaged during transit, you can request for a refund by returning the product. And we are here to make the replacement process as smooth as possible.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not in the condition you expected, please follow these simple steps to request a replacement:
To be eligible for a return/refund/partial refunds, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We process refund only if the product is found missing/defective/wrong product during delivery.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Items like gift cards, customised products (such as special orders or personalized items), digital products like printable downloads ,.. does not comes under returnable items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
If you receive a missing/defective/wrong item, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We will exchange items only if notified within 24 hours of delivery. Our policy lasts only for 24 hours from the time of product delivered to you. If you did not notify us within the mentioned time of 24 hours, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Contact us: Contact our Customer Support team via email or contact number, provided on our website within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. (Kindly Note: After 24 hours of delivery we don’t accept for any return/refund requests)
2. Provide details: Provide us with your order ID details and your concern about the order.
3. Video evidence: For any sort of claims, send us a complete 360° degree opening video from starting to end while opening the parcel, once u receive it. (Do check working of the product completely within the same video itself.) (Kindly Note: Any claims that is requested without the opening video will not be entertained strictly.)
4. Requesting Refund/Returns: If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you our return delivery address, then you will have to pack the items securely and send it to us via courier/ India post. Once the package is received at our warehouse, we will QC the received items and initiate the refund based on the QC result. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. We currently do not have pickup option. so customer is requested to courier us back the defective product by themselves.
5. Returning the product: Once your return parcel is received in original condition, We will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
6. Refund Initiation and credits: If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.(excluding shipping cost as we are unable to bare the initial shipping cost of your return order)
The final decision regarding returns will be taken by the us.
